Same Day Despatch
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day.
Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed if the Next Day Delivery option is selected.
Orders placed between 3pm on Friday and 12pm on sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

Royal Mail 1st Class £2.95, then FREE for orders of £20 or more. 1 - 2 working days
Royal Mail Signed for £3.95, then FREE for orders of £30 or more. 1 - 2 working days
Next Day Special Delivery £5.95 then FREE for orders of £75 or more. UK Delivery next day (Order by 3pm)
International Delivery Charges
International shipping £7.95 or £11.95 tracked.
Please note that if you live in the Highlands and Islands areas delivery may take longer than specified.Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive on time when using the Next day delivery option.
Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

If you wish to return an item for any reason you must contact us via our contact page on the website or by writing to us at the above address
All written communication must be within 14 days of receipt.
If products are to be returned they must be returned within 7 working days from date of receipt. They must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Returns must be paid for by the customer and replacements will be sent out on date of receipt of return.
Products must be returned unused in a clean, sanitised and hygienic condition, if we do not feel your return meets these standards then the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
If we believe your return to be of a satisfactory standard, you will be offered the choice of either a refund, replacement of item or a credit note. Refunds, Refunds are given excluding our postage and packaging costs. We will not reimburse any delivery costs you have incurred upon returning your item to us.
